Printech Solutions information systems are developed and managed in-house and through our distributors. Our team of on-site IT programmers provide the bandwidth for DEVELOP systems to adapt to changes in business processes.
Our Help Desk support is based at the DEVELOP head office in Macquarie Park, NSW. It operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Systems are designed to accept service requests by email (link to contact page), phone (link to contact page) or online (link to support page). DEVELOP Help Desk also provides a convenient ‘how-to’ service for all of our customers, designed to help you get the most out of their equipment.
We have highly-developed information systems capabilities and a national team of broadly-experienced help desk personnel, trainers, field service technicians and technical product specialists. Our direct service coverage extends to metropolitan areas and surrounds of NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and WA.
